Regular excercise is extremely important for the English bulldog for them to stay healthy, happy and fit. It helps control weight and build muscle as it does us as well. Contrary to us, bulldogs only require limited dose of physical exercise each day.
Bulldog are prone to joint problems due to their built as well as overheating so please do not over exercise them. The bulldogs with short legs and are heavy weighed are even more susceptible to injury because of the pressure exerted on them during running, playing and walking.
